The client wanted to incorporate a new interior landscape with an emphasis on cost-effective color rotation. To keep year-round blooming and transform the mall’s center court area into a warm and inviting environment, more than 900 Aeschynanthus radicans ‘Lipstick Plants’ and 250 Bromeliads were installed in mounted hoops. The hoops are mounted 18 feet up from the main floor and required the purchase of a new scissor lift. Two Black Olive trees, underplanted with English ivy and ‘Kimberly Queen’ ferns, soar more than 39 feet in the air and grace the main area with a park-like atmosphere, complete with waterfall.
