Dear Pat and Deborah, Not long ago, I was wondering if there was a contractor capable of quality interior plant care in the New Orleans market. After seeing our work at Oakwood Mall and Riverwalk deteriorate and then bounce from one contractor to the next with no real improvement in standards, I was becoming a little frustrated. All of the companies talked a good game while trying to sell their services, and some of them even showed a little promise when starting the work. Unfortunately, too many companies exert more effort trying to win new accounts than they do trying to satisfy the needs of their existing accounts. Heroman Services is different. Like those of us at The Rouse Company, you obviously place great value on building and maintaining long-term relationships. Everything you have promised and accomplished on our properties bears that out. Yes, we are demanding customers, but your commitment to quality matches ours.
